Complaints may lead to eviction without refund. • Guests: Only registered guests are allowed.
Extra guests will be charged or booking may be cancelled. • Damages: Any damage, loss, or excessive dirtiness will be charged via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. • Keys: Lost keys/access devices incur replacement fees (€50–€150+ depending on system). • Energy Use: Please turn off AC and appliances when leaving.
Misuse may incur extra charges.
