The house from 1970 was completely gutted in 2014 and remodelled to the latest standards.
The approximately 35 m² living area offers an antique but newly restored linen cupboard, a large corner couch (with sleeping function), a wall-mounted satellite flat screen TV and a small fitted kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, small electric cooker, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
There is also a small breakfast table with chairs.
In addition, the double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with Vi-Spring mattress, Tempur topper and down duvets is located in the large, electrically heated living room.
The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower and WC. A washing machine, a tumble dryer and a hoover are available in the cellar.
This makes the holiday home ideal for two adults and a small child.
An extra bed can be added on request for a maximum total occupancy of 4 people. On the covered terrace in the entrance area you will find a large teak garden table with four rattan chairs.
From there you have a panoramic view and can also see parts of the large and small Schwielochsee lakes.
A small garden shed on the property has a paddle boat (you can set it up yourself in 15 minutes with a pump), two bicycles, a Weber barbecue and garden loungers ready for you. The secluded garden offers space for your car and a large lawn.
The gate can be locked.
There is also a whirlpool in the outdoor area.
This can be heated and can be used from 1 April to 31 October.
Temperature range from 20 degrees - 40 degrees. Dear holiday guests, due to the experience and the increased electricity costs, the whirlpool is rarely used by our guests. If you wish to use it, you can fill the whirlpool yourself.
A corresponding instruction manual is available. To achieve an average water temperature of approx. 30 degrees Celsius, the energy consumption for the heating process is approx. 35 - 40 euros.
