It is also 10 minutes from the Olympic Park and 9 minutes from Recreio Beach, ensuring easy access to leisure and entertainment.
HOUSE RULES Services such as: cot, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges, in case of doubts contact for further clarification To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices: ⚠️ The use of the swimming pool requires a medical certificate, which must be presented to the guardian on site. ⚠️ The barbecue area must be booked in advance by email. ⚠️ To use the gym, it is mandatory to register with the administration and present a medical certificate authorising the use of equipment. ⚠️ The small shop in Block 1 is for common use; registration is mandatory and can be done on the spot, directly at the location. ⚠️ The reception is not authorised to store luggage.
If needed, you can leave your bags at our agency. ⚠️ It is forbidden to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance). ⚠️ The tenant must send the complete list of guests (name and document) respecting the reservation limit.
Unregistered persons may not enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, using different bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when transporting luggage or towels. ⚠️ When leaving, ensure that all electrical appliances are switched off.
Non-compliance may result in a fine of £100/day, deducted from the security deposit. ⚠️ Check-in from 3 pm and check-out until 11 am.
Check availability for early check-in or late check-out. ⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest.
Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately.
Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit. ⚠️ Hygiene items (e.g., toilet paper) are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished. ⚠️ All guests must submit identification documents 24 hours prior to arrival.
