Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.


NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.


In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

The property is located in the Trionfale district of Rome, a quiet and well-served residential area, located northwest of the Vatican. The apartment, in fact, is located a short distance from important tourist attractions such as the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo.

Furthermore, the neighborhood offers numerous shops, restaurants, clubs and supermarkets, as well as being excellently connected to the center of the capital thanks to the nearby Cipro metro stop (Line A).

- From Rome Fiumicino Airport you can reach the apartment in about 50 minutes by public transport, first taking a shuttle to the Circonvallazione Aurelia stop; from there, you need to take the metro to the Cornelia stop and get off at the Cipro stop.
