In the hamlet of Raux de St-Véran in the heart of the Queyras Regional Park, it is in this preserved environment that Jean-Pierre, the owner, will have the pleasure of welcoming you.
The "Le Meunier" gîte is located on the first floor of the owner's house with access by an outside staircase.
The accommodation consists of a spacious and pleasant living room with dining area by the fireplace (1st flame offered then wood at an additional cost) and lounge; two bedrooms each with a double bed (160*200cm) and a single bed allowing additional beds for up to 6 people maximum; a bathroom as well as an independent and private WC.
Garage with laundry area (washing machine) and possibility of equipment room.
Terrace upstairs and outdoor space with trees on the ground floor.
Floor heating via electric underfloor heating.
Private parking in front of the cottage.
The owner can make you discover the life on the pasture and the Regional Natural Park of Queyras.
Close to many outdoor activities: hiking trails, mountain biking, paragliding, adventure park, via ferrata...
Departure from the cottage for your cross-country skiing or snowshoeing outings and free shuttle 50m away in season to go to the alpine ski resort located less than 1 km away.
