Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Access to the Pool, Gym is allowed for 28+ days stay. Other things to note According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot).

For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building.

These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund. - Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price.

The price is $10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights.

Please request in advance as it could be booked. - Pets are allowed in the apartment.

If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking.

Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. - We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. $10 per one item per night.

Book, please, in advance. ***Deposit*** All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock which makes the check-in check-out process super easy.

Whether your are running late or you need to leave early in the morning, there's no need to wait to get or return the keys.
