It has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris. Accommodating up to 2 people, the apartment is ideal for a family. Access is independent. Enjoy your stay! :) ## Logement Located on the first floor without elevator, the accommodation includes: - a room with a double bed and a single bed ; - a shower room; - a fully equipped kitchen ; - and a living room. You will particularly appreciate : - its location: close to all amenities and public transport; - its quietness: in a beautiful paved courtyard. During your stay, you will have at your disposal : Wi-Fi, coffee machine "Dolce gusto", washing machine, oven. The apartment is located near the "Rome" and "Villiers" metro stations. You will find a supermarket "Auchan" at 10 minutes walking distance for your small daily purchases. The apartment is located near the department stores and the pedestrian street, the market of Levis. Sites of interest close to the accommodation : - the Montmartre district (16 minutes by bus) ; - the Palais Garnier (12 minutes) ; - and the Champs Élysée (19 minutes). Some good addresses to recommend: - Restaurants: Les Frérots, Tigermilk - Cafés: La succursale, Raphaëlle's café Boulangerie Bacillus. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm.
It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce. The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere. ## Transports Métro : Ligne 2 (Station Rome) : 5 minutes à pied. Lignes 2 et 3 (station Villiers) : 5 minutes à pied. Bus : Lignes N16 et N52 (station Villiers) : 4 minutes à pied. Ligne 66 (station Condamine) : 5 minutes à pied. Depuis l'aéroport de Paris-Charles de Gaulle : 33 minutes en voiture. Depuis la Gare de l'Est : 16 minutes en métro.

L'appartement est très calme, du moins en ce qui concerne les bruits de la rue, totalement absents. On entend un peu de vie dans cette impasse privée, mais c'est plutôt sympa. Cet appartement n'est pas une coquille vide, comme dans nombre de locations saisonnières. On sent que le bien est ...
