Big south facing balcony, quiet location, 2 reserved parking spaces, 10 min walking distance to the bus stop. The apartment will only be rented out to teenagers under the supervision of adults. 3 double bedrooms with 2 beds each, kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, large living room, fireplace, tv, radio, wifi, bath/wc, shower/wc. Pets not allowed. Bed, - bath and kitchen linen (CHF 25.00 per person), final cleaning (CHF 120.00) and visitors tax are included in the total.
