Nice 65m2 ground floor apartment in the west area of Amsterdam with a garden on the east side.
With a separate living room, 1 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Sonos soundbars in all the house.
Shops around the corner, 2,5 km from the center.
At the end of the garden I have built a garden house, Where normally I spend my time during the day since I work a lot from home, the main corridor, the main sleeping room, and the living room is with the space for my guests and privacy, following the government rule, is important my guests understand that it's not a hotel, I'm sharing my house with you, something that I love to do and this why I'm always around and in contact with you forsee how I can help you.
The small room is private for me, since having a door from the garden side, I use this door to come inside the room so, it's respecting the privacy 100% to my guests, my guests always have privacy.
I'm very respectful of it.

A casa é muito acolhedora e a cozinha está totalmente equipada. Boa localização, num bairro calmo, com transportes a 2 minutos de casa e com supermercados muito perto. O anfitrião foi muito atencioso e disponível.
For the short amount of time we were there is was great. The host was very friendly and the accommodation’s were great

It was adorable and clean. Plenty of space
Parking was tough but we came in late at night. Found a spot about a block away.
