This modern villa is all ready for your ultimate stay in the sunny south of France. With four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, you will enjoy pure luxury here. Each room has air conditioning, so it always stays nice and cool. The private pool is heatable (on request), and on the spacious terrace you can relax in peace and enjoy total privacy. Aigne, also called the snail village is a small quiet village about 10 minutes from Olonzac. You can find a good restaurant there a short distance from the house. There are plenty of walks through vineyards you can do around the house

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
