Charming studio of 40 sqm can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the ground floor (rise to access) of a refined period building with breathtaking views of the Sienese countryside.
The property is located in a historic area, at the door of Siena city (1.3 km); a short walk from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center.
The open plan accommodation consists of sleeping area, kitchenette, bathroom and large shared courtyard.
Parking space on site! Studio apartment of 40 sqm with small rise to access, pay attention! The interior space is composed as follows: - LIVING AREA / SLEEPING with double bed, single bed, "40 inch" TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe, clothes stand, access to the courtyard; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, table with chairs, mini-bar, Lavazza coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower and toilet; - COURTYARD shared with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, a portable fan, baby bed/ a, soundproofing windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, air conditioning via split A/C. The washing machine is located outside the property, in the common area.
The courtyard and the outdoor area equipped with table and chairs is shared with other apartments.
A parking space is available, also suitable for SUVs.

Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.

Bon emplacement, seul la chambre avec deux lits n’est pas aménager pour un autre couple, il n’y a pas de rangement. Pour la terrasse extérieure l’ensemble patio serait à changer Attention pas d’air climatisé, mais pour le reste c’était très bien

Very good location for a home with parking. It was great for our rental car because parking around Siena is very difficult. And a quick walk to the historic city center. The home is well appointed and spotless with great views to the east over Tuscan hills. The host communication. The only thin...

Excellent location 15 mi minute walk to the center of town. Towels and linens were fresh and fragrant. On site parking was super convenient because of limited parking around the town. The property manager was immediately available by phone and delivered an extra blanket which in 5 minutes of our request.
