This detached family villa can accommodate up to 14 people. The house has a spacious living room with underfloor heating, separate dining and lounge area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, pad coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Further facilities on the ground floor include 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bathroom has a bath. All bedrooms have single boxspring beds. The house has a sauna, 2 separate toilets and garden furniture. You can use the free Wi-Fi. There is parking space for 2 cars at the villa. Other cars can be parked in a parking located nearby.

Roompot house rules

• The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.

 
Fireworks may be set off on New Year’s Eve in a designated area within the park. Please enquire on site to find out where this area is. We kindly ask you to dispose of any firework waste at the end of the evening.
