The Therottam festival which happens once in a year • Glenn Dale Splash Park: Outdoor aqua park featuring slides & waterfalls plus shower & changing facilities • Fairwood Community Park: See folks using the space to throw birthday parties for kids, hold events, etc. • Schrom Hills Recreation Center: Community recreation space with a paved trail, picnic pavilion, playground area & soccer field Local Dining: • Diyanet Center of America: Mosque and so beautiful with amazing architecture and details like intricate artwork • Lambert Seafood: Laid-back restaurant & bar with TVs & a menu of crab cakes, fried oysters, shrimp, burgers & more • Ernie's Crab House: Informal shopping-center spot for carry-out seafood, including crab cakes, fish sandwiches & shrimp Places to See: • NASA Goddard Visitor Center: A great place to have a good time, learn tons about worlds beyond Earth and marvel at the innovation and skill of NASA scientists and engineers.

Gemütlich und gelassen. Die Betten waren sehr gut und nicht durchgelegen. Somit konnten wir auch gemütlich ausschlafen und am morgen das Frühstück unten in der Lobby geniessen. Der Organensaft war leider leer und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Aber das angebotene Frühstück ist super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
