Boasting astonishing views and just a short walk from the banks of the River Test, this lovely cottage makes for the perfect countryside retreat.. Ground Floor:
Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine
First Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: 32" Smart TV
Bedroom area: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Patio and decked area with garden furniture. Landscaped and natural grounds (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 8 steps and steep banks in the grounds.. Looking for a trip to the countryside with easy access to postcard villages, fishing beats and countryside walks? With simply breathtaking views across the Test Valley, River Test View is hard to beat for a relaxing weekend away. Bring your dog, rod or picnic provisions and enjoy the best Hampshire has to offer.
